What does AiO do?
We run a dental practice’s insurance billing: verification, claims, payment posting, AR follow-up, denials and appeals, credentialing, pre-authorisations and a monthly report. Software does the repeat work; our team checks it and acts for you.
Is the audit really free?
Yes. The insurance AR audit is free, and so is the trial week after it.
What do you need for the audit?
Reports from your practice system. After the agreement is signed we send you a secure link for them. This website never asks for them.
How much does it cost?
Each service has its own flat monthly price. Pricing is confirmed on your audit call.
Do I have to change my practice system?
Tell us which system you use when you book. We will confirm on the call how we work in it.
Do you talk to our patients?
No. We tell your front desk what a patient needs to hear, and a person on our team approves the wording. Your clinic delivers it.
Who approves write-offs?
You do. Write-offs on an associate’s production are always approved by the owner dentist.
What happens if we stop?
We remove our access. If you do not go on from the audit to the trial, we delete your audit files.
Does this website track me?
No. There are no analytics, advertising pixels or tag managers on any page.
