Before any data moves
- We sign a business associate agreement with your practice before any clinic data moves.
- We work in your practice system under our own named user account.
This website
- It never asks for patient information and has no upload.
- No analytics, advertising pixels or tag managers on any page.
People approve what matters
- A person on our team approves every message meant for a patient.
- Your dentist signs appeals. The owner approves write-offs on an associate’s production.
If you stop
- We remove our access.
- If you do not go on from the audit to the trial, we delete your audit files.
